ZovaPaw offers a 30-day guarantee on defective products only.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not functioning as described, we will replace it or issue a refund at our discretion. This guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size, color, or model selection
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modification
To make a claim under this guarantee, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or video of the defect.
